]]>The gear and gear reducer produced by our company utilize Lufkin herringbone gear technology. Gear processing is performed with specialized gear equipment, featuring a left and right helix angle of 30o. The diameter is controlled using specialized tools and an expansion method. Due to the characteristics of gear planing, our herringbone gears benefit from balanced forces, no axial force, and enhanced load-bearing capacity, resulting in a longer lifespan.
The reducer casing and cover undergo annealing before processing, which reduces casting stress by 90%. This ensures that the joint surfaces can be disassembled without deformation.
